Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are easy!! You may cancel your order by promptly sending us an e-mail at uk@thamel.com at least one working day before scheduled delivery date for regular items and at least two working days before delivery for perishable items or in other way have the recipient of the gift in Nepal contact our office in Thamel within 36 hours of delivery and we will be more than happy to refund your full amount minus 10% (Our delivery + credit card processing cost).

In order for you to receive full credit, the items(s) must be unused, undamaged, in their original packing and returned within 36 hours of receipt.

Before posting your return, we will provide you with an option for gift certificates and should your decision not change we will gladly credit the difference to your credit card. We do not provide any monetary refund to the recipient in Nepal.

All sales are final for perishable items like cakes, flowers, sweet etc. Returns and refunds policies do not apply to delivered perishable items.
